In his new project, photographer Luciano Candisani unveils the aquatic immensity of the largest floodplain on the planet. By Vento Leste Editora, the book brings together 75 photographs, the result of ten years of expeditions by the author to remote parts of the Pantanal biome and its springs, in the surrounding plateaus. "From far or near, the photographs in this essay never do without the liquid conducting wire: water is present in all images, as well as in everything that has life", explains Candisani, who has become a reference in documentary photography. ​
